If the claim is found considerable, the Editor-in-Chief informs to the author of IJA-ERA in order to provide the explanation.

The claim must be adequate by evidences supporting the same version as being published or copyrighted or patented by the discontented person before the publication in IJA-ERA.

Editor-in-Chief reserves the sole rights to decide the validity of any such claims.

If, the claim is legitimate, the paper will be removed from all IJA-ERA archive immediately.

If, the changes required are less such as adding of references, the authors will be informed to do the necessary changes.

Any claim will be addressed on priority bases.
